The Meditations cut a handful of sides for Lee Perry at the Black Ark in the late 70's including this tune written by Ansel Criegland in 1977 castigating the "Devils in the hills" for laughing while the children in the ghetto are starving, asking how can there be peace in such a situation. Complete with its blazing dub side, Perry maintaining the vocal for about a full minute, wraithed in reverb before abruptly dropping it out for the rest of the mix.
