This album is about reclaiming parts of me that got lost after my difficult years in, and since, working in the music the industry. Some of the songs date back to before getting signed at the age of 17. Some are very new. It was recorded sort of by accident as I went into the studio to record 2 or 3 songs but because it was all done live, we managed to get 10 songs done in one day.
