Ennio Morricone’s 1964 score to ‘I Malamondo’ is re-mastered, as part of a brace of releases of soundtracks showcasing the Mondo sub-genre of Italian cinema, popularised in the early Sixties. Featuring a track titled ‘L'Ultima Volta’, selected for use on Wes Anderson’s ‘The French Dispatch’ film, it’s one of the Italian maestro’s most underrated soundtracks.
