The title of this thought-provoking album echoes that of “Radio Freedom” - the voice in exile of the African National Congress. Dyer’s career highlights include acclaim as a solo artist (including being named the Standard Bank Young Artist Award winner for Jazz in 2011) and with his trio (the Bokani Dyer trio’s Neo Native won the South African Music Award for Best Jazz Album in 2019).
