Peckham based electro duo Vagrant Lovers are Kirsty Allison, author and editor of venerable poetry magazine Ambit and electro-punk musician Gil De Ray.

On A side Paradise Burns Allison melts in the heat of a burning Garden Of Eden. Coiling synths evaporate from an earthy minimalist bass riff while lo-fi percussion clicks and tolls like an analogue temperature monitor.

B side Rock n Roll's a Deathwish muses on the connection between stardom and early deaths over an insistent primal beat.
