Melissa Lee-Houghton’s debut novel is destined to become a classic of degenerate literature. It ranks alongside Trainspotting and Burroughs’ Junkie as a pre-eminent text on drug addiction and destitution.

Independent press Morbid Books is releasing a limited first edition of 500 numbered copies, half with a colour cover designed by the graphic artist Shane Wheatcroft, the other half black and white—a nod to the dual personalities who narrate the book.
