Strange Parcels are the latest mutation of a group of musicians who have previously been known under the names Fats Comet and Tackhead. Originally released in 1994, Disconnection features guest percussion from Talvin Singh, who adds tabla and varied drum accents to a mix of African, Indian, and Caribbean-styled cuts.
